Sales and success teams that never let a hot lead go cold
AI agents inside Lark that work as extra members of Nas.com's sales and customer success teams, watching every lead and account in real time and telling the right person what to do next.
Who it's forSales and customer success leaders whose teams have more leads and accounts than hours in the day.
- new leads watched every day
- ~100
- account managers and salespeople supported
- 8
- stalled high-priority lead caught and saved
- 14 days
- less Zapier task consumption
- ~83%
The challenge
Nas.com (formerly Nas.io) is a B2B platform whose revenue depends on a small team moving fast. Four account managers and four salespeople handle roughly 100 new leads every day on top of their existing accounts. No one can watch all of that at once, so high-priority leads could stall quietly and deals could lag without anyone noticing until it was too late.
What we changed
We gave the team AI teammates. Built over about two months (July to September 2026), the agents live inside Lark, the chat app the team already works in, so there’s nothing new to learn. They watch every deal and account in real time and message the assigned account manager or salesperson with a recommended next action.
- Pipeline and account watch: flags lagging deals and stalled leads, and nudges automatically.
- Call analysis: reviews sales and success calls and surfaces what matters.
- Call coaching: gives feedback reps can use on their next call.
- Revenue monitoring: tracks account and GMV movement and flags changes early.
- Strategy suggestions: proposes next steps for each deal or account.
- High-potential client scoring: a machine learning model ranks leads and accounts so the team knows where to focus first.
In practice
A high-priority lead had gone quiet for 14 days. Nobody had noticed. The agent caught it, sent an automatic nudge and flagged it to its owner, and the lead was saved.
The result
Every one of the ~100 daily leads is now watched, and each person gets specific next actions instead of another dashboard to check. Agent performance is tracked per person, so the value shows up in each rep’s follow-through rather than a single team metric. What started in September 2025 as an automation project is now a retainer running through December 2026.
Under the hood
- Account pipeline automation: Monday.com items created every three hours, plus a daily sync of Platinum accounts.
- Meeting tracking: Calendly-to-Monday automations for booked and cancelled calls.
- GMV account dashboard in Looker, rolling up GMV and platform revenue per account.
- Daily reporting in Lark: a scheduled Looker report posted by a Lark bot, plus a weekly AI summary of Platinum calls.
- Lifecycle email: consolidated English and Spanish Klaviyo automations and routed Platinum sign-ups into Klaviyo.
- Cost clean-up: retiring unneeded automations and reducing polling cut Zapier task consumption by about 83%.
